Court to hear 15 minibond cases Fifteen cases involving buyers of Lehman Brothers' financial products appeared as civil claims in the District Court. The Small Claims Tribunal transferred all such cases to the court last month. The cases involve 13 plaintiffs, each seeking between HK$30,000 and HK$50,000 - the upper limit for Small Claims Tribunal cases.
