A secondary school teacher has admitted taking pictures up a woman's skirt. Chan Kiu-kei,  33, pleaded guilty yesterday to behaving in a disorderly manner in a public place.  Kowloon City Court heard he had taken  15  phone pictures at  Yau Ma Tei  MTR station   when a plain-clothes  officer arrested him.   Sentencing was adjourned to May 8.
