Intern programme announced
The HKU school of professional and continuing education has announced an internship programme starting in July to enhance graduates' competitiveness. Eligible graduates will be posted to school departments for six months to a year and paid HK$7,000 to HK$8,000.
Director speaks to students
Director Lee Lik-chi gave a lecture to 400 Shue Yan University students on creative industries. The director has collaborated with comedy actor Stephen Chow Sing-chi and enjoyed a 20-year career.
Union to protest against scheme
The Professional Teachers' Union will protest next month in Central against the kindergarten voucher scheme. It will ask the government to review the scheme and introduce measures to lessen the pressure on kindergarten teachers.
