Turn-ons The best thing about this cafe is the bread, particularly the soya and linseed variety, and you can buy loaves to take home. The British bacon butty came with divinely soft white bread and chewy bacon, with baked beans and nicely done fries on the side, although grilled tomatoes may have been more fitting than fries. The sausages in the English breakfast were plump and tasty, the tomatoes lightly seasoned and grilled to a soft pulp.
Turn-offs The eggs were overcooked and a little greasy. The service was hit or miss, although we were there on the busy Rugby Sevens weekend.
