Fare Indian Ambience At lunchtime the restaurant is informal, bright and roomy, with not much to suggest you're in an Indian restaurant except the wonderful aroma. Cost Sunday lunch buffet (noon to 3.30pm) is HK$108, which includes soft drinks, or HK$138 including free-flowing sparkling wine. Prices are subject to a 10 per cent service charge. Who to bring Anyone who likes authentic Indian food. Ideal for big family gatherings, a group of friends or lunch for a couple. Turn-ons Bombay Dreams is known for its authentic flavours, and the Sunday brunch buffet doesn't disappoint. Before heading for the buffet, diners are served a selection of starters, including a classic dosa, which is hard to find in this city, and pani puri - fried, hollow dough balls filled with a teaspoon of spiced potato - which you can fill to taste with a delicious mild sauce. Both are excellent. The chicken tikka pieces, shish kebabs, chicken masala and chicken are quality pieces of meat full of flavour. For vegetarians, there is plenty on offer, including a mutter mushroom curry, palak paneer and a dal dish. None of these are overwhelmingly spicy but each offers just enough to give the required kick. Several Indian salads are also available. A selection of traditional Indian desserts wraps up the spread nicely. The most outstanding part of the buffet is its value for money. Turn-offs The restaurant is on the second floor and the lift up is pretty grotty and smelled of stale smoke. It was noisy with a child's birthday party at the next table - balloons popping and paper horns blowing - but it was Sunday in Hong Kong and we didn't go for the peace and quiet. Drinks The buffet comes with soft drinks or decent sparkling wine. Anyway, after a few mouthfuls of curry, it doesn't really matter what wine you're drinking. 2/F Eastern Flower Centre, 22-24 Cameron Road, Tsim Sha Tsui, 29710009
