Fearless Taylor Swift (CD)

Taylor Swift's sophomore album Fearless is an amazing collection that captures all the emotions of a teenage girl, from high school love, to heartbreak, to trying to change the status quo.

The last two years have been exciting for the 19-year-old singer-songwriter. She has broken sales records and become the youngest recipient of the Songwriter/Artist of the Year Award from the Nashville Songwriters Association International. She was also the biggest selling artist of last year in the United States, selling more than 4 million albums.

Standout tracks are Love Story, a country-pop song based on a modern-day Romeo and Juliet story, albeit with a far happier ending. The upbeat tempo makes it incredibly addictive. The Best Day is an ode to the starlet's family and makes for a change from the songs about dysfunctional families churned out by the likes of Pink and Eminem. White Horse and You Belong to Me are catchy tunes that will have you singing and dancing along in no time.

Fearless, like her self-titled debut, is doing well on the charts, and is accompanied by a music video. Wonderfully sweet and fun with great melodies and honest lyrics, Fearless is an album that almost anyone should be able to relate to.
