The Department of Health yesterday instructed licensed drug wholesaler Luen Cheong Hong to recall Povidone-iodine Prep Pads because its registration had expired last year. It said there were no safety concerns with product. The department also instructed Hipharm, a licensed pharmaceutical wholesaler, to recall 46 products being sold in unapproved packages.
