A Korean skincare brand made special arrangements for mum-to-be Kelly Chen Wai-lam when the singer shot a commercial for the company recently.
'The filming wasn't difficult at all. They knew about my pregnancy, so they didn't ask me to stand in heels. Most of the shoot focused on my upper body, so my belly wasn't shown,' said Chen (below), who is seven months pregnant.
The company had planned to shoot the adverts in Japan, but because of the dangers of flying a pregnant woman, the shoot was moved to Hong Kong and Chen was given a more relaxed schedule.
'The shoot was completed in three days. The advertiser took extra good care of me. They made special arrangements to have one day of rest after each day of shooting, so I was able to show my best in front of the camera.
'And all I had to do was hold the products and have a few photos taken, as well as wear some gorgeous clothes hand-picked by costume designer Yee Chung-man and have my hair extended. It was a piece of cake,' said Chen. The singer is due to give birth in August.
