Enlighten up Guests at the Alila Villas Uluwatu ( www.alilahotels.com/uluwatu ) on Bali, which opens tomorrow, are being offered a day-long 'journey of enlightenment', following in the footsteps of Dang Hyang Nirartha. The Hindu priest, born in the 15th century, sought enlightenment by travelling to five temples in the Bukit region of eastern Bali. Alila Villas Uluwatu consists of 84 villas, each with a private plunge pool and a cliff-top cabana. The tour is only open to resort guests and costs US$450 per person, including lunch in a mountain-top pavilion with ocean views and afternoon tea.
