Top seed Zhou Mi reached the semi-finals of the Singapore Super Series women's singles after beating Judith Meulendijks of the Netherlands last night. The Hong Kong shuttler scored a 23-21, 21-17 win to set up a clash against third seed Wang Lin. China's Wang was taken to three sets by Saina Nehwal of India before winning 19-21, 21-19, 21-14. The other semi-final will be an all-China affair as Jiang Yanjiao takes on Xie Xingfang. Unseeded Jiang pulled off an upset when she ousted second seed and compatriot Wang Yihan 21-17, 21-11.
