Students from British schools around Asia took part in a fun annual games event last week.
The Federation of British International Schools in South East Asia and East Asia (Fobissea) Games were held in Sham Shui Po and Pok Fu Lam.
This year, Kellett School played host to five British schools from Thailand, Vietnam, and Taiwan, and two from Malaysia.
More than 240 Year Four to Year Six students competed in swimming, athletics, football and T-ball - a game similar to baseball.
The swimming contests were held at the Sham Shui Po Park Swimming Pool, and the other events at the Stanley Ho Sports Ground in Pok Fu Lam.
It was a big event for participating schools, and children spent months preparing for it. Representatives from Kellett School were selected in January, and trained twice a week to prepare for the competition. 'It is enjoyable to compete in sports and make new friends. I made friends with a participant from Kuala Lumpur in last year's games in Penang,' said Edward Brown, a Year Six student from Kellett School.
