Help teens lead fruitful lives

Teenagers are the future pillars of society. Living in a peaceful, prosperous city like Hong Kong, they have a responsibility to be law-abiding citizens.

But several incidents have highlighted a growing social problem which could badly damage our reputation.

It was recently reported that a taxi driver was robbed by a group of girls aged 14 to 15.

Some may have been surprised to hear about this attack but this is just the tip of the iceberg. According to government statistics, juvenile delinquency cases are increasing rapidly.

It is high time we put more emphasis on the all-round development of teenagers.
