Hong Kong students are soft in the heat

In the good old days, classrooms in Hong Kong's primary and secondary schools did not have air conditioners. Fans were used and students put up with the heat. But now this is considered 'tough' or 'intolerable'.
Thanks to the affluence of today's society, schools can afford to improve students' learning environment.
These days, almost all schools have air-conditioning. But many students now not only take it for granted, they expect air conditioning even if the temperature is not very high, say 22 degrees Celsius.
If they cannot bear small 'hardships' like warm weather, how will they face real obstacles in the future?
