Grub: Southern Asian - 'Nanyang' - delights, including kaya toast, pandan cake, soft-boiled eggs and Laksa noodles.
The signature kaya toast set comes with two pieces of toast, two soft-boiled eggs a drink.
The portions are quite small - great for afternoon tea but definitely not be enough for lunch, unless you have very small appetite.
Vibe: Located on the site of the much-missed Krispy Kreme, this is a small venue with small stools and tables. Definitely not a place to linger or for anyone lugging too much stuff around. 
It's an ideal location for a quick drink and snack while shopping. Everyone seems to have the same idea, though, so it gets crowded on weekends.
Who to bring: Shopping buddies, movie-going friends who are a little peckish or your mother. The  sets are good to share for afternoon tea if you just want a nibble and add an extra drink. 
It's also a great place for out-of-towners who want to fit in as many Asian meals as possible during their stay: the small portions mean they can fit in that fifth meal before bedtime. 
What's hot: Kaya toast, soft-boiled eggs with soy sauce and pepper, and Kopi O-Nanyang black coffee. The best-selling Kaya toast is made of freshly toasted bread spread with a melting mix of coconut sugar, honey and butter. Delicious if you have a sweet tooth.
What's not: You can upgrade your set drink from tea or coffee to the signature barley drink for HK$4. Unfortunately, it doesn't appear to contain any barley.
This cafe is generally packed, so don't expect great service. Do expect to stand in long queues during peak hours. 
For the amount of food, the sets can seem a little expensive, especially if you're hungry.
Cost: The kaya toast set is HK$28. Expect to spend HK$30 to HK$50 per person.
