CID the Dummy

There has never been a game that crashes and burns more horribly than this new Sony Playstation Portable game.

CID the Dummy is a 3D side-scrolling action platformer that is so offensive it makes Halle Berry's Catwoman seem Oscar worthy for best picture and directing.

This is Oxygen Games' first multi-platforming release and everything about it is mediocre or rubbish - there are no positive features at all.

Instead of making this a fun game, the developers seem to have spent too much time coming up with witty acronyms.

Besides the hero CID (crash impact dummy), there is his owner Professor B.M. Werken (BMW), and the professor's daughter MIA (missing in action). MIA has been kidnapped by a half-man, half-crash dummy called D-TROIT, who serves as the typical Saturday morning cartoon villain.

The main problem is that the game is dull and uninspired. Players are tasked with running, punching, shooting and jumping around a level filled with obstacles, traps and baddies. All these seem to have been recycled from the junkyards of rejected game ideas.
