Pam & Frank probe goes on

PAM & Frank International has issued a statement reminding shareholders that the company is being investigated by the Commercial Crime Bureau (CCB), following an article in Monday's Business Post.

In the article, chairman Frank Yeung Kai-fai said he wanted to forget about alleged blackmail attempts on the group and focus on the future.

The statement said police were continuing to investigate alleged offences by Mr Yeung under the Theft Ordinance.

It said the CCB investigation was distinct from the charges of blackmail that have been laid against associates of a former employee of the company, and it was not known when the CCB investigation would be completed.
