Payout over photo scuffle

A man agreed to pay HK$1,218 in compensation after he admitted to breaking a camera flash belonging to an Oriental Daily News photographer when he was taking pictures of his suicidal son. The incident occurred after the son had cut his wrists and the father had called the police.
