Second board ready to take IPO applications

The mainland's second board, the Growth Enterprise Market, will begin accepting listing applications on July 26, the China Securities Regulatory Commission says. After consulting the market, the regulator will require applicants to disclose details about the potential risk that their technology may be superseded by rivals' and the possible risk of a change in control. It will also require applicants to make post-listing filings on realisation of development targets. The CSRC will consider the market wishes to absorb more listings of companies in the new energy, new materials and technology sectors.
