Kim Robinson has come up with a concept. At least, that's the sales pitch. The hair guru with business partner Marek Wan Yau-shing (below) has opened the first Kr+ Salon, on Wellington Street, and they explained their ready-to-wear hair philosophy on Tuesday. 'We didn't have the tools in the past to show the clients what the stylist has in mind, so we've trained our Kr+ team and created this visual design menu,' Robinson said. 'Now, clients can have a better control of the outcome ... and they don't have to gamble on what their haircut is going to be like.' In short, Kr+ will offer off-the-rack styles from a trainee at a lower price than hairstyling from the 'mane man', which you'll pay through the nose for at his more exclusive Chater House salon.
