Tanna Chong

Eddie Ng Hak-kim, deputy chairman of the Institute of Education,  will take over as chief of the Examinations and Assessment Authority  from September 1. He replaces Irving Koo Yee-yin  and has a three-year tenure. Mr Ng is the authority's human resources specialist. Patrick Chan Kwok-wai, chief financial officer at Sun Hung Kai Properties, has been appointed an authority member.
