SYSTEM-PRO Computers will buy the Business Solutions Division of Swire Systems.

  According to an agreement between the companies, System-Pro will continue to honour all outstanding warrants, training contracts and maintenance agreements committed by Swire Systems.

  The staff of Business Solutions Division will be integrated into System-Pro's operations.

  Roger King, chairman of System-Pro, said the acquisition would enable his company to further expand its coverage of the territory's computer market, in particular the government sector.
