Mr Lee is responsible for overseeing Manulife's agency operation in Hong Kong. He is also a key member of Manulife Hong Kong's senior-management team. He worked for several leading insurance, re-insurance and consulting companies in Canada and the United States before joining Manulife's Asia regional office in 1999, and became deputy general manager of the company's mainland business, Manulife-Sinochem Life Insurance (MSL). During his six years with MSL, Mr Lee oversaw operations in Guangdong and Zhejiang, employee benefits, branch expansion, and marketing and branding.
Doris Chan Head of sales and marketing, employee benefits Manulife
Ms Chan will be responsible for agency channel management, marketing and strategic development, independent distribution and product management for Manulife's employee benefits business in Hong Kong. Having worked in sales and marketing for leading global life, general insurance and property, and casualty companies in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the mainland, she brings strong business development and sales expertise. Her more than 20 years of speciality experience will help Manulife leverage its customer base and maximise business opportunities.
Doris Li Director of sales and marketing Harbour Plaza Hong Kong
Ms Li joined the group in 1997 and has worked in several departments including corporate sales, Mice, catering and events. She has been promoted from director of sales - travel trade where she oversaw local and overseas wholesale operators and identified potential agents in all markets. To coincide with the appointment, Ms Li has helped with the hotel's recent switch over to new affiliate WorldHotels, and will oversee the new project of renaming the property to Harbour Grand Kowloon. The official unveiling of the new name will be in January. She will ensure the hotel offers exceptional services and an ideal location for business and leisure travellers.
