Time and tide Danish accessories brand Skagen has released three watch styles inspired by the northern beaches of Denmark, where the North and Baltic seas merge. With a simple and minimalist aesthetic, standouts include this round version (left; HK$1,398), which has an oversized face and large, slimline numbers and is lined with brushed chrome. The watches are available at Seibu, Pacific Place, Admiralty, tel: 2971 3888. Edged out Reiss' autumn collection mixes edgy tailoring with feminine fabrics for a cosmopolitan look. Must-have pieces include the military-inspired jacket (right; HK$2,899) with oversized lapels and gold-button detailing and the V-neck blouse (also right; HK$999), which features overlapping fabrics and a zip-up front. Also look out for the newly launched denim line, comprising five styles such as the Patti (HK$1,199), a high- waisted skinny design in dark indigo, dedicated to musician Patti Smith. The collection is available at Reiss, shop 402, Times Square, Causeway Bay, tel: 2808 4003. Back to earth Hong Kong-based artist Kelzly Inka Lee found inspiration in nature for her Earth Trail line of jewellery. The pieces are made from sterling silver and include the beehive ring (top centre; HK$1,350). Another standout is the sun and moon ring (above left; HK$1,375), with a semi-circle 'moon' that runs over the fingers. Proceeds from sales will go to the Messiah Children's Home in India, where Lee volunteered last year. Each ring is made to order. Contact Lee at 5182 8992. Lethal combination Can't decide between trainers and heels? DKNY's new boot collection combines the comfort and durability of a trainer with the style of a high-heeled ankle boot, making the footwear perfect for active fashionistas. The lace-up version (right; HK$1,299) comes in a gun metal-finish leather and features an ankle strap and rubber toe detailing for a more sporty look. The range includes a leopard-print style and a metallic burgundy ankle boot. The line is available at DKNY, 3/F, Ocean Terminal, Harbour City, Tsim Sha Tsui, tel: 3105 8384.
