Spooktacular chance to be a reporter

Halloween
Rebecca Tsui

Young Post is looking for teens who want to be reporters, even if English is not their strongest subject.

If you like talking to people, finding out what's going on, experiencing new things or expressing your opinions, we want to hear from you.

If you like Halloween and are thinking of new, fun things to do this year, here is your chance.

On September 17, a specially chosen squad of students will attend the preview of Disneyland's Halloween bash. You could be one of the privileged few to experience the new attractions in advance.

You'll also get to talk to staff and guests to learn more about the magic of the Halloween event.

Then the excitement begins.

The students will each have a special part of an assignment to fulfil. Once their reports are written, our sub-editors will weave their magic and combine them into a story which will appear in the Young Post.

If you would like to be on this Special Assignment, e-mail [email protected] with 'Disneyland's Halloween' in the header field, and write us a paragraph of 100 words or fewer about your most interesting Halloween experience.

Don't forget to include your full name, age, telephone number and school name. Entries close on September 13.

P.S. All good reporters research their stories. If you want to know more about Disneyland, visit www.hongkongdisneyland.com
