Victoria Harbour will be closed for three and a quarter hours on December 5 for the opening ceremony of the East Asian Games. The ceremony, at the Cultural Centre piazzas  in Tsim Sha Tsui, will feature a boat parade, cultural performances and fireworks. Cross-harbour ferries and those going to outlying islands will be affected.
