Alex Chau Partner, Audit, Guangzhou KPMG China

Chau joined KPMG in Hong Kong in 1996 and relocated to Guangzhou in late 2005. He has extensive experience in providing audit services for listed companies and multinationals in different industries on the mainland and in Hong Kong. Chau has been involved in mergers and acquisitions and initial public offerings for listings on the Hong Kong and New York stock exchanges.

Hilary Cheng Principal, audit, Hong Kong KPMG China

Cheng joined KPMG in 1998 and has extensive audit experience working with private and listed companies in various industries, such as import and export, distribution agencies, retail businesses and, more recently, green-tech industries such as solar energy. She has been involved in a number of initial public offerings in Hong Kong.

Alan Fung Partner, performance and technology, advisory, Shanghai KPMG China

Fung joined KPMG in 2003 after spending eight years in the technology and outsourcing industry in Hong Kong and Australia. He has a strong background in assisting state-owned enterprises and multinational companies in using technology to increase stakeholder value by managing risk and improving performance. He has strong industry knowledge in sourcing, information protection and business resilience and he is actively involved in the development of China's outsourcing industry. Fung relocated to Shanghai last year to help build the sourcing advisory practice.
