CARROLL McEntee & McGinley Inc (CM&M), a primary dealer in US treasury and agency securities, will change its name to HSBC Securities to reflect its links with parent HSBC Holdings.

The name change, to take effect on May 9, will not involve structural changes to CM&M, which will retain its present management and US incorporation.
