Official fined for MTR video voyeurism

A senior immigration officer, who said he was driven partly by work stress to film up the skirts of four women within 80 minutes, was fined HK$4,000 yesterday. Anthony Lo Man-hong, 41, was convicted in Eastern Court of behaving in a disorderly manner in a public place for one of the video clips taken on December 5 at Causeway Bay MTR station.
