Melissa of the Traveler's Lunchbox (travelerslunchbox.com) named her blog well: since I started following her, she's lived in Edinburgh, Scotland, moved (permanently, she thought) to Seattle, in the United States, and then within a few months, had packed up again to relocate to Germany. In between moving homes, she's travelled to - and blogged from - lots of other places, including Ireland, which was where she met the man she would marry.
She doesn't blog regularly but when she does she's generous with her entries and recipes, giving detailed instructions and troubleshooting tips. Her recipes are eclectic and include banh mi (Vietnamese sandwiches, although nothing about the bread, unfortunately), gateau Basque, bisteeya (Moroccan sweet-savoury meat pie), granola (right; an excellent recipe, which I've posted before in these food pages), fresh ginger cake and satay.
