Footpath motorcyclist fined

A motorcyclist who was seen in a YouTube clip following a minibus onto the footpath to avoid a Mong Kok traffic jam was yesterday fined HK$3,000 in Kwun Tong Court. Lau Kwok-keung, 43, was suspended from driving for six months. Minibus driver Tse Chi-nang, 53, was fined HK$500 last week and suspended from driving for six months.
