A nurse has turned to  the High Court to recoup HK$350,300 and shares she alleges she was conned out of by her  former boyfriend, who she said had pledged to repay her after they married. Han Miao, 42, filed a writ against Hu Jinding, about 50, on Monday. Han claims she was deceived into giving the cash and 14,166 HSBC shares to Hu between 2007 and March. She says Hu disappeared this year. The writ states the two met in 2006 through a matchmaker. 



Jilted nurse files writ over cash, shares
