Police arrested a woman, 78, in relation to a blaze in a 15th-floor flat at Tsui Yuen Mansion, Dundas Street, Mong Kok, at about 11am yesterday. The woman was found in the flat and admitted to Kwong Wah Hospital in serious condition suffering from smoke inhalation. Firefighters extinguished the fire in 20 minutes.
