A MAN who was found trafficking in 1.6 kilograms of heroin was yesterday sentenced by the High Court to 22 years' jail.
Yip Mong-yee, 27, denied the offence but was found guilty after a jury trial before Deputy Judge Cheung.
Peter Sit, prosecuting, called evidence that Yip was seen driving a car to Tsuen Wan on September 12 last year. He stopped in Hoi Pa Street, got out and approached a man who was waiting. Both men then returned to the car.
