Hong Kong will for the first time field an all-Chinese front row in an international when they take on the Czech Republic in Prague in the second game of their groundbreaking European Tour. Props Andy Li and Alex Ng Wai-shing will pack down with hooker Ben Ho Tsz-chun, with captain Jon Abel starting on the bench. Before the tour began, head coach Dai Rees said he didn't expect Abel to start every game. Back-rower Simon Leung Ho-yam will captain the side and will start on the blindside, making way for Kwok Ka-chun to take over at No8. The openside position will be filled by sevens star Mark Wright, making a return to the full game after a long break. Apart from hooker Ho, the other new cap will be pacy winger Salom Yu Kam-shing, who starred in the East Asian Games sevens. There will also be starting caps for Li, locks Renaud Chavanis and Charles French, and centre Tsang Hing-hung. The trio all came off the bench in the opening game against Germany which Hong Kong lost 24-14.
