Cabbie punched over injuries A cabbie, 41, was punched in the face after his vehicle apparently hit and injured a man's two female friends near Haiphong Road and Lock Road in Tsim Sha Tsui. The 24-year-old man was said to have kicked and injured the cab driver and a taxi passenger after the accident. The women and the female taxi passenger were taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital. Angler topples into sea An angler, 68, was injured when he fell into the sea near a shipyard in Ap Lei Chau Praya Road. He was rescued by workers and taken to Queen Mary Hospital with head and shoulder injuries. Police motorcyclist in collision A police officer was injured when his motorcycle crashed in Sha Tin. He was driving in Sha Tin Centre Street when he collided with a coach near Tam Kon Po Street at 1.10pm. He and the 55-year-old coach driver, who was feeling dizzy, were taken to Prince of Wales Hospital. They passed breathalyser tests. Four hurt in golf cart accident Four men were injured when a golf cart toppled over at the Inspiration Lake Recreation Centre on Lantau. The driver, 26, lost control while turning in Inspiration Drive. He and three other workers, aged 22 to 28, were taken to Princess Margaret Hospital with slight injuries.
