The Broadcasting Authority fined Now TV HK$150,000 for mistakenly making a soft porn movie available to under 18-year-olds on its video-on-demand service. The authority said it received a complaint against Now TV over labelling Erotic Ghost Story, which contains explicit sex and nudity scenes, as suitable for those aged 15 or above, instead of 18 or above. Because of the labelling, the movie did not come under a parental locking system.
