Driver arrested over death of woman

Police arrested a 51-year-old man at his Yuen Long home on suspicion of dangerous driving causing death and failing to stop and report a traffic accident. The arrest followed the death of a 78-year-old woman, who collapsed while crossing a road in Kwun Tong yesterday and was run over by a truck moments later. The truck left the scene.
