Filmmaker sued over HK$1.4m share deal

Filmmaker Alan Tang Kwong-wing is being sued over a share deal involving HK$1.39 million. Power Tech Profits is asking for an order to enforce the deal by which Tang had secured a mortgage with 139,335 Tagulla Investment shares. Tang is also being asked to provide all the books and accounts of Tagulla Investment.
