More than 10 million people from all over the world visit Hong Kong every year. How can we give them the best experience? It seems to me that the most important thing is to make them feel Hong Kong is a hospitable city.
Of course, providing good customer service is key to our good reputation, but I believe we can help too.
When you see a tourist who seems to need help, you can offer your assistance. You just need to ask them: 'Do you need some help?'
We also need to think about what problems foreign visitors to Hong Kong might encounter and be ready to help them. Perhaps we should make sure all restaurants carry menus in English along with Chinese.
I think this will go a long way towards making Hong Kong more attractive to tourists and attract more people to come here on holiday.
