Shanghai mayor plays down competition

Shanghai mayor Han Zheng has played down growing competition between the city and Hong Kong, saying that they are 'brothers' rather than rivals. The official, who spoke on the sidelines of the National People's Congress yesterday, said the pair could complement each other even if Shanghai is pressing ahead with its proposed Disneyland theme park.
