Starting as a management trainee, Kwok has served the bank for more than 25 years and has extensive expertise in managing the bank's operations. CCB (Asia)'s chairman Fan Yifei says: 'Leveraging on her strong leadership and strategic vision, Kwok could certainly contribute and drive the bank's strategic development.' Kwok succeeds Charles Ma who retired.
Huang Tao, alternate chief executive and head of consumer banking group, China Construction Bank (Asia)
Huang joined the parent company of CCB (Asia) in Beijing in 1996, and has served various divisions including assets collection and credit risk management. In 2007, he accepted his secondment to CCB (Asia) as secretary to the board and was responsible for the communication of the board and stakeholders. He will oversee consumer and retail banking.
Virginia Wong, chief partnership distribution officer, Prudential Hong Kong
Wong has more than 20 years of experience in insurance and has held senior roles in sales and marketing, administration, sales operations and bancassurance. 'She will bring extensive partnership distribution leadership and management experience to her new role.
