Ex-investment banker Ariane Zagury has brought a touch of Parisian chic to Hong Kong in the guise of Rue Madame. The new concept store stands out among the numerous designer boutiques in Lee Gardens, not only for its take on modern-yet-stylish separates but also for its affordability, with prices ranging from HK$360 for a T-shirt to HK$5,200 for a leather jacket. It's also one of the few places in the city that stock middle-tier French brands such as Maje, Manoush and Sandro. Look out for Gat Rimon's frayed silk tops and American Retro's super-soft sheer tees. Accessories include shoes from Les Prairies de Paris and diamond bracelets by Hong Kong-based AS29. Rue Madame is at 1/F, Lee Gardens Two, Causeway Bay; www.ruemadame.com.
