Lifestyle watch brand Philip Stein has built its name through the natural frequency technology that is incorporated into all its watches. The technology claims to improve sleep and general well-being.
Natural frequency technology was introduced into the brand's watches two years ago. It is based on the frequency of 7-9 hertz, the same frequency of the earth. The frequencies are transferred to a metal disc that is built into the watches. Those frequencies are then delivered to the wearer via his or her biofield, or energy field that enables the body to perform certain bodily functions such as relaxation.
At this year's BaselWorld Philip Stein launched several novelties under its colourful fashion-friendly Fruitz line. They include the first automatic watches for men with a Swiss movement visible through a skeleton dial.
Other additions see novelties in the Active lines. The men's line now includes a model with a steel, black or gold-plated case with a grey, black or white dial. The women's collection adds steel or rose gold cases with grey or white dials. The Classics collection gets a new square case in steel, two-tone yellow gold or two-tone rose gold plate. Dials come in mother-of-pearl or in white.
The Prestige series is Swiss-made and includes a titanium chronograph for men and a cocktail watch for women. The chronograph has an oversized face and black dial. The cocktail watch comes with diamond paved and mother-of-pearl dials with the option of a fully diamond paved case or a partially paved case.
Philip Stein initiated a clinical study to test the benefits of its natural frequency technology.
