Hong Kong Baptist Hospital is looking for an experienced engineer to represent the hospital in instructing, co-ordinating and monitoring the performance of its consultancy team and contractors for its expansion projects.
The ideal candidate will need good interpersonal, communication, liaising and negotiation skills.
Applicants should be qualified in civil or structural engineering, building services or architecture, with at least five years of practical experience in project management for complex projects, preferably in hospital or health care construction.
Expertise in construction contracts and related ordinances, regulations and standards is also required.
