Doctor pleads not guilty over fatal collision

A paediatrician pleaded not guilty yesterday to one count of dangerous driving causing death at Eastern Court. Euan Soo Tsung-liang, 26, was driving in an eastbound lane of the Island Eastern Corridor on September 19 when his car and a motorcycle collided. A 40-year-old pillion passenger was thrown off the motorcycle. Soo attempted to save the man but he later died. The case was adjourned until June 8 for pre-trial review. Soo is on bail.
