Joey Yung and her manager show their caring side at Piaget exhibition
Canto-pop singer Joey Yung Cho-yee and her manager Mani Fok Man-hei (pictured) share a lot together, says Fok.
'When we go on trips, we always share a room, sometimes we even sleep in the same bed. But Joey is a nightmare to share a bed with - I often woke up in the middle of the night and find her arm on my face.'
Piaget, the Swiss watchmaker-jeweller, invited Fok and Yung to its recent photo exhibition to celebrate the 20th anniversary of its Possession collection, which opened last Thursday at Pacific Place.
With a theme of love and support, the photos are close-ups of celebrities holding hands while wearing Piaget.
Other local celebrities at the event included Stanley Ho's daughter Florinda Ho and fashion designer Flora Zeta Cheong-Leen.
Fok, the celebrated manager of Emperor Entertainment Group artists such as Twins and Nicholas Tse Ting-fung, says she's seen Yung grow 'from nobody to the diva she is today. Her success is my success. Lots has changed in the 10 years of her career, but not our friendship'. The photo exhibition will also benefit local charity the Hereditary Breast Cancer Family Registry.
