This senior role at Dot Cod will assist Erica Jong, the front-of-house manager, in running the business. Candidates must have more than three years' experience in a supervisory role in either the hotel or catering fields. They must also have excellent communication skills, and a diplomatic and courteous manner to handle guest relations and delicate situations. Fluency in both written and spoken Cantonese and English is required, as is the ability to relate to a clientele of all nationalities.
