A cosy apartment - located on the  33rd floor of Palatial Crest on Seymour Road, Mid-Levels West - is on the market for HK$15 million, or about HK$14,000 per square foot. 
The apartment is 1,066 sqft and  it is described as 'one of the best units in the tower'.  
It has two bedrooms, one of which includes an en-suite bathroom and a storage room. The apartment also  has large floor-to-ceiling windows,  high ceilings and a European-style interior d?cor. 
However, there are no car park spaces provided,  but new residents  can either rent or buy one in  the building. 
The estate is only a minute's walk from the escalators that lead  to Central. 
Built nine years ago, Palatial Crest is considered among the newer buildings in Mid-Levels West, according Ada Ng,  StatelyHome's regional associate director for Mid-Levels West at Centaline Property Agency.
The top floor is 37 and there are abundant facilities, including an indoor pool and clubhouse. 
'In this area,  it is rare to find leisure facilities,  such as a pool, included inside residential buildings,' Ng says. 
Apartment sizes in the building range from 973 sqft to 1180 sqft. Prices vary according to the size and view. 
A 973 sqft apartment, located on high floors,  has an asking price of HK$11.5 million,  or about HK$11,800 per sqft. The apartment has a mountain view with three bedrooms, one of which contains an en-suite bathroom. 
'Prices of apartments in Mid-Levels West vary  quite a lot, and mid-range apartments are from  HK$4 million to HK$10 million,' Ng says. 
'[There are plenty of apartments to choose from] in this area, not like Mid-Levels Central or Happy Valley, so there has always been a steady flow of buyers,' Ng says. 
However, the number of transactions dropped slightly from 180 in April  to about 150 last month because of government efforts to cool the  property market, according  to Centaline.
