'The apartment is on Stari Trg, which is probably the most desirable place to live in Ljubljana,' he says.
Renovated in 2006 to a high standard, it has a classic feel with many original features of the flat retained.
The eat-in kitchen area has a decorative arched ceiling and large windows.  
'The terrace area, a rare treat in the city, is a great spot for a table and chairs and barbecue  in the summer months,' Young says. 
The apartment is for sale at Euro320,000 (HK$3.06 million).
