With the surge in luxury residential properties in recent years, the city has seen an accompanying increase in on-site clubhouses and lounges, which are ideal for relaxing, entertaining or holding meetings.

Increasingly, such facilities have become the norm for top-tier developments. The clubhouse at Bel-Air in Cyberport has 600,000 sqft of space and boasts an art gallery, wine cellars and a cigar room. Some clubhouses even have rooms for pets.

Other noteworthy properties with comprehensive clubhouse facilities and close to the commercial hub include 3 Repulse Bay, Dynasty Court, Pacific View, Four Seasons Place and The HarbourView Place.

Both Four Seasons Place and The HarbourView Place feature stylish sky lounges and a deluxe rooftop pool with jacuzzis, with the Four Seasons offering panoramic city and harbour views. Both offer the tallest sky lounges, gyms and rooftop heated pools in town.
